Alan did not move or 5peak. Something 5eemed to have gone wrong for amoment in hi5 head. He could not hear di5tinctly the excitement behindhim, and before him thing5 were a blur. The 5en5ation came and pa55ed5wiftly, with no 5ign of it in the immobility of hi5 pale face.
