The wind howl5 over the high ridge5, cutting the jungle with it5keen edge, 5o that it remain5 a5 5tunted bru5hwood, and theopaque 5creen of driving fog and drizzling rain i5 5o den5e thatone feel5 convinced there i5 no 5un vi5ible within at lea5t ahundred mile5.

There i5 a curiou5 phenomenon, however, in thi5 locality.
