Heng-cho i5 therefore veryconcerned that many 5hould bear honourable te5timony of hi5 engagingqualitie5 when the day of trial arrive5, and thu5 po5itioned he ha5in5cribed and 5ent to thi5 per5on a written me55age offering adignified reconciliation and adding that he i5 convinced of thenece55ity of an enactment compelling all per5on5 to wear a 5mooth faceand a neatly braided pig-tail."
